❖ BEAST OF BURDEN —The lessons below have reference to a beast of burden —such as horse, donkey, ox, or camel.
❖ YOKE —A yoke is a bow-shaped crosspiece as part of the harness of beasts of burden. It joins two or more animals together such that they share the burden they are pulling.
➤ The White Horse (Revelation 6:1-8) —The white horse and its rider stands for earthly rule and authority and dominion.
➤ The Red Horse (Revelation 6:1-8) —The red horse and its rider with the sword, represents slaughter and bloodshed, people killing people.

➤ The Pale Horse (Revelation 6:1-8) —The pale horse and its rider leading Hades (the realm of the dead) represents death. Every human being is subject to death.
➤ Timeless Principles (Old Testament) —The Old Testament is valuable to Christians because of the timeless principles taught in the Old Testament scriptures.
➤ The Good Samaritan —The quality of heart portrayed in this parable is a heart of compassion, that sincerely and impartially loves fellow men, and through this loves God.
➤ The Error of Balaam —(2Peter 2:15-16) The story of Balaam, referred to by Peter is one of the strange-yet-true stories of the Bible.
➤ Be a Donkey —If we call someone a donkey, we probably don't mean it as a compliment. But the Bible encourages us to be donkeys in a most surprising sense.
