❖  DEMON —A demon (or daemon) is an insanely evil and outcast spirit being, who may seek a parasitical incarnation in a fleshly body. This invasion causes various kinds of mental and physical illness and abnormality in the victim.

Warnings God’s Wrath, Satan’s Evil SERIES  —These lessons are about two things we should not fool around with. God can save us from both, but be warned, he will only save us on his terms.

Hard to Hear God SERIES  —These pages present things the Bible teaches that are hard sayings, and people do find them hard to hear. The truth is not always soft and easy. Sometimes it is hard and difficult. But it still needs to be believed and taught.

The Source of Sin  —The source of sin is not God’s law, or our flesh, or Adam. What then is the source of sin?

The Solution to Sin  —Will power and ascetism are not the solution to sin, nor are good works. What then is the solution to sin?

This Mad World  —The world is not in its right mind. Listen to the voices of this world, and test them. You will hear beliefs that are not only false but also most dangerous

The Dragon's Short Time  —People will say that there are many great lights in the world. They are the teachers who have given the world great insights. That may be so, but when people count Jesus as one among the many, that is not true. He is the only Mediator between God and man (1Timothy 2:4-6).

Satan the Failure (Revelation 12:1-17)  —A very strong theme in the Book of Revelation is the frustration of Satan. The story of his failures is told in the visions in chapter 12.

The Three Beasts  —About the Dragon, the Beast, the False prophet —the three Beasts in Revelation 12-13.

The Number of the Beast (Revelation 13:18)  —Jesus is not just one of many good teachers, or just one of many great Lights. He is the one Lord and the only sacrifice that can take away sins. No one else will do.

Scenes in Heaven  —An exposition of the scenes in heaven, the vision recorded in Revelation 15:1-8 in which heavenly singers praise God, the sanctuary of the temple is opened, and the seven angels are given the bowls of wrath for the Last Judgment.

Satan the Loser  —When Jesus returns it will be a marvellous day for his saints. All who believed will enter the glory of God's eternal kingdom. But God's righteous judgment does not end there. Those who did not obey the gospel and those who afflicted his saints, will be repaid with affliction (2Thessalonians 1:5-10).

The Anti-Christian Kingdom  —In the Bible, the church is not a place to be entertained. The church is “the pillar and ground of the truth.” We should look to God’s church to hear and receive God’s truth, not psychological hype or human idealism.

The Battle of Armageddon  —Many will agree with Paul that faith precedes coming into Christ and into sonship with God. It is hard, however, to find anyone who will agree with Paul that baptism precedes being clothed with Christ (Galatians 3:26-29). That is something that people find hard to hear.

The Second Death  —James's message is not against doing business, but against the arrogance of thinking you are in control of your life. God is in control, not you. He can allow your business to fail, and even your life to disappear, when you least expect it (James 4:13-17).

The Binding of Satan 1000 Years  —(Revelation 20:1-10) A vision that covers a broad sweep of time on earth —the time between the ascension and second coming of Christ. The focus is on the binding of Satan during the reign of Christ. The climax is the demise of Satan who gets out of the frying pan into the fire.

Satan at War  —The war visions do not describe physical battles. Rather, these visions symbolise a spiritual battle (but a real battle nevertheless) being waged in everybody’s present life and experience, including yours and mine.

How Satan Attacks Believers  —Three of the strategies that Satan employs to attack our faith and assurance in God, and how God helps us to survive these attacks with our faith strengthened rather than destroyed.

Are There Aliens on Earth?  —Popular science often asks the question, Are we alone? Many believe that extraterrestrial beings leave another world, visit Earth, and even live among us. Is this true according to the Bible? If so, do these aliens give us assurance of our salvation from Earth's destruction?

No Bargain with Satan  —Although we sold ourselves to sin, and thus we belong to Satan, he has no bargaining rights in establishing the price. God is not interested in satisfying Satan. God is the one who must be satisfied.

The Lie that Brought Death  —Ananias and Sapphira told a lie. The account in Acts 5, is one of the most unsettling stories in the Bible.

Is Satan Equal to God?  —discusses whether God and Satan are opposite equals.

Good Greater Than Evil  —Having seen that Satan and God are not equals, we now turn to the question of good and evil as the products, respectively, of God and Satan.

Satan, the Devil  —An ABC of the Devil. Angels who fell, Binding of Satan, Chapters on the Devil, etc

Do Not Give the Devil a Place  —Paul encourages us not to give the Devil a place in our hearts, nor an opportunity in our lives (Ephesians 4:27). This implies three things.

The Devil’s Devices  —A lesson about three devices or schemes that Satan uses so as to get an advantage over us. We should not be ignorant of these devices (2Corinthians 2:11)

More Devil’s Devices  —Another lesson revealing three more devices or schemes that Satan uses so as to get an advantage over us. We should not be ignorant of these devices (2Corinthians 2:11)

Among Satan’s Followers  —Five key Bible passages by which to test yourself to see whether you follow Christ or Satan.

Did God Really Say?  —The first question recorded in the Bible was asked by the serpent in the Garden of Eden. “Did God really say that you must not eat from a tree in the garden?” (Genesis 3:1). We learn a lot from observing how the serpent, Adam, and Eve, each handled the word of God.

Is Medicine Magic?  —Is medicine, including the use of modern drugs, linked to sorcery or magic arts? Is the physician an agent of the Devil?

The Name Lucifer  —We sometimes hear Satan the devil referred to as Lucifer. It seems to me that this is a mistake, as this note explains.
